How do I cancel an order?
If you decide to cancel the order, please reply to the order confirmation email within 12 hours. Our customer care team would like to help you with the process.
How do I exchange an item?
If you would prefer another size or another style, you can request this when making your return. To do so, please contact our customer service team.
Can I return more than one order in the same parcel?
Yes! You can combine your returns and send back items from different orders in the same parcel. But please contact our customer care team to confirm the different orders. All the orders have to fit the refund policy.
I've received a wrong item, what should I do?
We’re really sorry if you’ve received a wrong item. We always conduct pre-shipping inspections for our products.
Please attach the picture of the wrong items and order number so we can get this sorted for you as soon as we could.
Do you refund delivery costs if I return something?
Your delivery charge will be refunded in some circumstances, for example if your entire order was faulty or incorrect. In any other case, customers are responsible for the shipping charges.
