How do I cancel an order?

If you decide to cancel the order, please reply to the order confirmation email within 1 hour of purchase. If you didn't receive the email, simply email: for the cancellation.


How do I exchange an item?

If you would prefer another size or another style, you can request this when making your return. To do so, please please send an email with your order number.


I've received a wrong item, what should I do?

We’re so sorry if you’ve received a wrong item. Please attach the picture of the wrong items and order number so we can get this sorted for you as soon as we could. 


How do I return the order?

You could send back items to our U.S. warehouses within 30 days of purchase.  Please note, some items and conditions are not eligible for return. Read our refund policy here. 


Do you refund delivery costs if I return something?

Your delivery charge will be refunded in some circumstances, for example, if your entire order was faulty or incorrect. Please note that we do not provide prepaid return labels for unwanted items. However, to show our appreciation for your business, we will issue you a store gift card equal to the value of your return shipping costs as a gesture of goodwill.
