1. How to remove the App from your Facebook account: You can remove your permissions for our app directly through your Facebook account settings:

  7. Click Remove again to confirm.

2. How to request permanent data deletion from our database: If you would like us to permanently delete your personal data (such as your email address, name, and profile details) from our store's database, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to our support team at hello@echoine.com

  2. Use the subject line: "Data Deletion Request".

  3. In the body of the email, please provide the name or email address associated with your Facebook account used to log in.

  4. Our team will verify the request and delete all associated data within 3-5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the process is complete.
