Due to recent events, your Echoine.com order may be delayed.We promise to deliver your order package to you as quickly as possible and we welcome you to contact our Customer Service department if you have any questions or concerns about your order. We thank you for your patience and hope that you stay safe. Currently, we are unable to ship to Hawaii and Alaska due to FedEx and UPS suspension of guaranteed services.

VERIFICATION
A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified. We begin preparing your order immediately after it is verified. With this sort of time frame, it makes it difficult for us to change or cancel your order, however, we will do our best to support your request.

WHERE'S MY ORDER?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking info. You can also track the status of your order.

HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?

Echoine offers Free Standard Shipping on Orders Over $25, Flat Shipping  Fee $4.99,Free standard shipping is not available to Hawaii or Alaska. Orders shipping to Hawaii or Alaska will ship via USPS Priority Mail and there is a flat fee of $14.99 per order. We offer expedited shipping via DHL for a flat fee of $14.99 per order.

Standard Shipping (10-20 business days)

PROCESSING TIME
After we receive your order, we conduct Quality Control checks and testing in order to ensure the product's quality prior to shipment. The processing time varies depending on the specific product with the average processing time being approximately 3-5 working days; however, it can also be affected by the item's stock status.Please note that this does not include holidays and weekends.

A: Sadly not as this is the responsibility of the postal service

Q: What will happen if I refuse to accept my delivery?
A: If the order is returned to us, once we have received it, we will refund 50% of your payment to you.

Note for taxes:
For most of the countries, our customers do not need to pay for importing fees, duties or VAT(Valued Additional Tax). However, for some limited countries you may need to pay duties or VAT according to your countries’ levying rules.
