Thank you for shopping at Echoine.We hope you love what you've ordered! But just in case you're not 100% satisfied, we've made the return process super easy.
If you are not satisfied with the items you received, we can easily arrange an exchange or a refund for you. Please don't hesitate to contact us. We will try our best to meet your request.
1. Please contact our customer service by email email@example.com, indicating the return reason, along with your order number. For defective, incorrect, or not as described items, please send us a clear picture or video of the problem.
2. We do not provide prepaid return labels and you are responsible for covering shipping costs to return.
3. Most returns are processed within 7 business days after we receive your package. The refund period may vary between 3 and 12 working days from the reception of your return at our warehouses. Once we have inspected the condition of the returned items, we will notify you by e-mail. The refund will be made using a store gift card or the same payment method used to purchase the item.
Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.
1. You have 30 days to decide if an item is right for you, if you would like to return or exchange the item please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
2. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: beauty products, gift cards, bodysuits, lingerie sets & sleepwear, swimwear, underwear (including women's shapewear and body shapers)
3. Items with final-sale marks and sale items (30% off or more) cannot be returned.
4. Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
5. All returns must be approved by our customer service team.
6. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost. All shipping fees to return the item, and the original shipping fees, are non-refundable. Unless we sent you the wrong or defective items.
Your order will be fully refunded if it’s canceled within 24 hours of purchase. If you decide to cancel the order, please reply to the order confirmation email within 12 hours. We will NOT accept order cancellation requests if the order has already been shipped.
