Our online shop provides unique, fashionable products from our independent designers backed by high quality material and reliable production. Our members of QA team inspect each product before packaging to ensure the maximum customers satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please don't hesitate to contact us. We will try our best to meet your request.

30 Day Return Warranty

We take pride in our product quality and perform strict quality control. In order to provide you with maximum peace of mind, we offer a comprehensive 30 Day Return Warranty. Defective merchandise is subject to refund within 30 days after delivery. Defects include, but are not limited to, stains, zipper malfunction, rips or tears, very poor quality material, obvious color difference, and a major difference between the photographed product and the actual product you receive.

You may return all products within 30 days(from the date you receive the items) of delivery for refund. The original bag and tag should be intact , not be damaged. For the returned item(s), we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund after we have checked your return tracking number or receipt.

To guarantee a fast and smooth return process:

Please tell us your order number, describe the problem with the product and provide us with a picture(s) showing the issue
Once we have received your email we will reply to you within 24 hours
Please do not return your product to the address on the package you received. The return address that will be provided by our customer service is valid only! Any return or exchange will be processed once it has been received by our customer service center.
Returned items must be posted with a valid tracking number. Please email us to let us know what it is once you have sent the item.
You are guaranteed of a refund once we have received your returned item.

II Exchanges

Unfortunately we are currently unable to process exchanges. If you wish to exchange a garment, please place a new order to receive the item of your choice. We will refund you once we have received your original item.

Return Policy:

- If you received a product in the wrong size or with the color problem, email us your message pictures, order number and item number within 7 days of receiving the product.

- The returned items without communication will not be accepted. All returns must be approved by our customer service team.

- The returned items should be sent back to our warehouse address mentioned in communication emails, not the company address in our site. The parcels sent to the wrong address will not be accepted.

- If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose. If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason. Affected by Covid-19, there will be some delay on the delivery.

- -All Purchase (except bodysuits, lingerie & sleepwear, swimwear, underwear, panty, and accessories) can be returned within 30 days from the delivered date.

- The returned items must be unused, undamaged and in original packaging and ensure that all articles in the package are intact. If not, the buyer is responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued.

- Returns will be processed within 7 days upon receipt of your package.

- Refunds will get back to your account within 3-7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuers.

- The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable.

-The Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost.

Items that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Order Cancellation:

Your order will be fully refunded if it’s cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Please submit a help ticket from Contact Us if you decide to cancel the order. For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but before shipment, a 10% cancellation fee is applied. We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the order has already been shipped.
