Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Echoine.We hope you love what you've ordered! But just in case you're not 100% satisfied, we've made the return process super easy.


If you are not satisfied with the items you received, we can easily arrange an exchange or a refund for you. Please don't hesitate to contact us. We will try our best to meet your request.


30 Day Return Warranty

We're bummed if you're not 100% satisfied with the items you received, and we gladly accept returns within 30 days of receipt for most items in new condition.


Return Process


1. Please contact our customer service by email support@echoine.com, indicating the return reason, along with your order number and SKU. For defective, incorrect or not as described item, please send us a clear picture or video of the problem.

2. Our Customer Service team will provide you with an RMA form and our return address. 

3. Drop off your package at the local post office. 

4. Most returns are processed within 7 business days after we receive your package. We'll issue the refund to you by gift card if we are not otherwise informed to refund to your payment account in advance. The gift card can be used in our online shop. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.


Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return. 


Return Policy:


1. You have 30 days to decide if an item is right for you, if you would like to return or exchange the item please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

2. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: beauty products, gift cards, bodysuits, lingerie sets & sleepwear, swimwear, underwear (including women's shapewear and body shapers)

3. Items with final-sale marks and sale items (30% off or more) cannot be returned.

4. Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.

5. All returns must first be approved by our customer service team; if approved, you will be provided with an RMA form. Returned items without the RMA form will not be accepted.

6. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost. All shipping fees to return the item, and the original shipping fees, are non-refundable. Unless we sent you the wrong or defective items.


Order Cancellation:


Your order will be fully refunded if it’s canceled within 24 hours of purchase. If you decide to cancel the order, please reply to the order confirmation email within 24 hours. For orders canceled after 24 hours of purchase but before shipment, a 10% cancellation fee is applied. We will NOT accept order cancellation requests if the order has already been shipped.
